Pathway Group welcomes Ramona Duke as a grant writer. Ramona is based out of Hailey, Idaho, and is an experienced development professional who has been involved with nonprofit organizations in various capacities for the last twenty years. Prior to joining Pathway,  Ramona worked for Utah Community Action as its primary grant writer managing a portfolio of private, corporate, and government grants.  Previously, she spent six years with the Senior Connection as the Community Relations Manager responsible for community relations, communications, information and resources, and grants and development.  She was formerly president of the Board of Trustees for the Hailey Public Library and is currently involved with the Friends of the Library.
